Why does shipping take so long?
Every item is made to order so that we can give you the lowest possible price.
My item is too big or too small can I return it?
You may use our return manager at the top.
Why do we have to pay for returns labels?
You must pay for your own return labels so that we don't have to charge you double for shipping initially. By doing this it keeps our prices down and we ship your items back to you for free on our end.
I gave you the wrong address what do I do?
Send us your correct address as soon as possible. If we have already shipped your items and it's to the wrong address you must wait for it to be returned to us and then we will ship it back. It will cost you $6.
I don't like my items.
We apologize that you aren't satisfied. We will gladly give you store credit once the item is shipped back to us.
I want my money back.
WE DO NOT GIVE CASH OR CREDIT REFUNDS. We only give store credit!!!!
Your pop up or header says a different shipping time than your FAQS.
Pop-ups or header messages trumps our FAQS. Pop-ups or header messages give the most up to date status of our shipping times.
What are your shipping details?
If you still have not received your purchase within 3 weeks, please notify. Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the U.S. and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made. TONES OF MELANIN ™ is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
We apologize that you don’t like your order and we can give you up to 20% in-store credit for custom bulk line or Chapter orders. Once you approve the mock-up given to you are agreeing on the design, material of the item, and color scheme and you forfeit your right to a full store credit refund.
My order was canceled and refunded automatically.
You are BLOCKED as a customer. Probably because you became irate or sent a nasty email. We love you, but we DO NOT deal with either.
